    Frequently Asked Questions

The W Premium Circuit lasts 5 days and 4 nights. During the program, travelers visit some of the main highlights of the W Circuit inside Torres del Paine National Park, including Base Torres, the French Valley, Paine Grande and Grey Glacier.

The duration is defined by the program itinerary and the logistics of accommodation, transfers, navigation and hikes inside the park.

During this program, travelers visit iconic areas of Torres del Paine National Park, such as Base Torres Viewpoint, Ascencio Valley, the French Sector, the French Valley, the British Viewpoint, Paine Grande, Lake Pehoé, Grey Viewpoint and Grey Glacier.

The route combines mountain hikes, lakes, native forests, views of the Paine Massif, hanging glaciers and navigation across Lake Pehoé.

The W Premium Circuit is designed for travelers who want to experience the classic Torres del Paine trekking route with greater comfort and a better distribution of hiking days.

Unlike other versions of the W Circuit, this program includes an additional night at Hotel Las Torres and two nights in the French Sector, allowing travelers to explore the French Valley without carrying their main backpack and to enjoy a more balanced pace between hikes.

It is recommended for those who want to keep the challenge of the trek while enjoying a more comfortable logistical experience.

The W Premium Circuit has a medium to high physical difficulty level. It includes hikes of approximately 4 to 10 hours per day, with ascents, uneven terrain and changing weather conditions typical of Patagonia.

Although the program offers a better distribution of the hiking days, it is still a physically demanding trek. Good physical condition and previous preparation are recommended.

Previous experience in trekking or long hikes is recommended. No technical experience is required, but travelers should be used to walking for several hours, facing elevation gain and maintaining a steady pace over several consecutive days.

This program is ideal for travelers who want to complete the W Circuit with greater comfort, without losing the essence of a mountain trekking experience.

The W Premium Circuit is operated in a self-guided format, with the main logistics organized: accommodation, meals, transfers, navigation and access to the W Circuit trails, according to the program conditions.

Although you will not be accompanied by a guide throughout the entire route, it is essential to follow the indicated itinerary, respect departure times, connections and navigation schedules, hike only on authorized trails and follow the instructions of park rangers and local operators.

The program includes full board, which means breakfast, box lunch and dinner; entrance to the W Circuit trails; accommodation according to the selected option; transfers; navigation and coordination by an expert team.

Inclusions may vary depending on availability and the type of accommodation confirmed, so we always recommend reviewing the program details before booking.

Yes. Due to the high demand for accommodation inside Torres del Paine National Park, especially between November and March, booking in advance is strongly recommended.

This program requires coordination of accommodation, meals, transfers and navigation, so securing your spot early allows for better planning of the experience.

Yes. The W Premium Circuit includes entrance to the W Circuit trails, so you do not need to purchase it separately, unless the specific conditions of your booking indicate otherwise.

To enter the park, you must carry your passport or identity document, as the entrance ticket is personal and may be requested at the park entrance together with the program documentation.

On transfer sections between accommodation areas, you will need to carry your main backpack. However, one of the advantages of the W Premium Circuit is that it allows you to hike the French Valley without carrying your main luggage, as the program includes two nights in the French Sector.

We still recommend traveling light and carrying a small daypack for daily hikes, with water, snacks, warm clothing, a waterproof layer, documents and personal items.

Weather in Torres del Paine is variable and can change quickly. The program can usually operate with moderate rain, wind or cold, as long as conditions allow travelers to hike safely on authorized trails.

In case of severe weather, strong winds, snow, ice, low visibility, preventive trail closures or instructions from park rangers, some sections of the itinerary may be modified, delayed or suspended for safety reasons.

In all cases, passenger safety is the priority, and visitors must follow the instructions of park rangers, local operators and the park administration.
