"Great tour, really well organized- we did the three day 5 tour one. The guides are really knowledgeable, and the tours are arranged well to avoid being around loads of other tourists. Also takes the pressure off having to navigate bureaucracy around entering the parks, and interesting to have explanation from the guides. "Our group of 5 booked three full days of tours through Great Chile. The actual operator was Whipala and they were fabulous. Make sure you have WhatsApp loaded as they create a “group” for each tour, informing you what to wear/bring and pick up details. In Atacama be prepared for VERY rough roads, early morning pick ups and long travel times, but each destination is well worth the time. We could have skipped the afternoon three lagoons tour, but Chaxa Lagoon (a different day) is absolutely not to be missed. We had 4 driver/guides over the 5 total tours (Ernesto, Alex, Javier and Manuel) and every one was amazing. They not only are well versed in the history and geology of the area, but are passionate about Atacama and clearly communicate that in excellent English."
