The Grey Lake Navigation with transfer service is a Full Day excursion ideal for those who want to discover one of Patagonia's most emblematic landscapes in a comfortable and organized way, combining transport, navigation and panoramic walks of low physical demand.
The experience begins early with pickup at hotels and lodgings in Puerto Natales. From there, you'll travel by minibus toward the Hotel Lago Grey sector inside the park, where you'll do check in before continuing on to the Pingo sector.
Afterward you'll take a scenic walk of about 30 minutes crossing native forest and Grey Beach until you reach the pier. Once aboard the Grey III vessel, you'll sail in front of the Grey Glacier surrounded by icebergs, mountains and unique landscapes of Chilean Patagonia.
During the navigation you'll be able to observe:

6:30 y 9:00 am - Pickup at Hotels / Accommodations in Puerto Natales
Transfer in comfortable minibuses to Hotel Grey in Torres del Paine. Pickup at 6:30 am (1st Sailing) and 9:30 am (2nd Sailing).

9:00 am y 12:00 pm - Check In at Hotel Lago Grey
Welcome at Hotel Lago Grey to review your sailing reservation and continue on the minibus to Puente Pingo.

9:15 am y 12:15 pm - Walk to the Dock from the Pingo Sector
A walk of approximately 30 minutes to the dock, enjoying spectacular views of Lake Grey with the glacier in the background.

10:00 am y 13:00 hrs - Departure and Sailing
A sailing of approximately 2 hours, cruising along the face of the Grey Glacier and enjoying one drink per person (Pisco Sour, mineral water or soft drink).

12:45 hrs y 15:45 hrs - Return to the Pingo Sector to Take the Transfer Minibus to Puerto Natales
A brief stop at the sector and Hotel Lago Grey before heading back to Puerto Natales at 14:00 hrs (1st sailing) and 17:00 hrs (2nd sailing).

- In the event the Grey Lake navigation is suspended due to weather conditions, once the transfer to the Grey sector has been carried out, the value of the navigation service will be refunded deducting 5% corresponding to administrative and reservation processing charges (booking fee). The transport service is non-refundable.
- Children must always travel accompanied by an adult.
- Departure and arrival times may be modified without prior notice.
- All departures are subject to weather conditions.
- On each departure, the catamaran calls at the refuge.
- The transfer requires a minimum of 2 passengers.
- Passenger pickup and drop-off is not permitted at Puerto Natales Airport.
