Great Chile helped me book my Torres Del Paine Park entry tickets. They were fast and efficient and I can highly recommend using them. I tried a number of times to book entrance tickets through the Passe Parques Nationales site and kept on getting a system error (I could not prove that I was not a robot!). I tried emailing them directly and got no response. Finally I found Great Chile who helped me get my tickets booked.

I would like to express my immense gratitude primarily to Claudia Cardenas for her very friendly and prompt assistance in organizing the tour for us. We had problems choosing the date, and even after we chose it, we encountered a force majeure situation. But thanks to Claudia, we were able to go on the excursion. Excellent organization was evident throughout the tour: the staff on the ferry speak English, everyone explains and describes things, they offer a welcome drink, and create a lovely atmosphere. The ferry gets very close to both the icebergs and the glaciers, which is an impressive sight! I highly recommend it to everyone :)
