Excelente experiencia con este operador turístico. Contratamos por internet 3 excursiones en San Pedro de Atacama. Tenía el precio más bajo comparado con cualquier otro operador o plataforma de viajes (había mucha diferencia). Pagamos con tarjeta de crédito sin problemas. Las excursiones estuvieron a cargo de otros operadores contratados a su vez por GreatChile. Salió todo perfecto. Solo una de las excursiones (tour astronómico) se canceló por mal tiempo y nos devolvieron enseguida el monto pagado con un crédito a favor en la tarjeta de crédito. Álvaro Flores fue quien se comunicó con nosotros de parte de GreatChile para todas las gestiones por mail. Fue muy amable y cordial, además de súper eficaz en todas las gestiones. ¡Súper recomendable!
