I can't recommend this agency enough! I found them by chance, because I'm a solo traveler from Europe, planning my trip at my own. And I really wanted to go on an ice trekking tour in Torres del Paine. But this part would be so hard to plan by yourself, because options to even get to Grey lake are very limited and have very complicated logistic. And you also needed to spend the night there, at the refuge, which you cannot book directly. But at this agency they not only understood my specific request, were extraordinary patient and booked everything for me and explained logistic in detail. They also were answering lots of my additional questions during quite long period. I feel very lucky that I've found them, especially not knowing about them before. If you plan complicated tours, definitely recommend them for a reliable support!
