Dickson Checkpoint
Guardería Dickson is the most remote of the mountain refuges in Torres del Paine, with an exceptional location on the edge of Lake Dickson and with breathtaking views of the mountains. It is a must for those venturing on the Macizo Paine circuit ("O" circuit). Open from October to April (subject to weather conditions).
Torres Checkpoint
The Torres del Paine National Park Guard Station is located 45 minutes from the Torres del Paine Base Viewpoint. This place starts operating in September, in high season or according to trail conditions. The use of micro crampons and poles is mandatory to protect your safety. Place authorized for the use of stoves.
