Bus Sur offers daily service between Punta Arenas and Puerto Natales. During high season (September to April), buses depart at 07:00, 08:30, 10:00, 11:00, 12:30, 14:00, 15:00, 17:00, 18:00, 19:00, and 21:00. In low season (May to August), departures are at 07:00, 10:00, 12:30, 15:00, 17:00, 18:00, and 19:00. The journey takes approximately 3 hours and 15 minutes and passes through Punta Arenas airport. Buses are equipped with heating, sanitized restrooms, ample luggage space, and USB ports. Semi-bed seats ensure a comfortable and relaxed trip.

The journey starts in Punta Arenas, a city of 125,000 inhabitants along the Strait of Magellan. As you travel, the landscape transitions into the Patagonian steppe, characterized by coirón grass, strong winds, and variable weather. Along the way, you'll pass by lakes and through towns like Villa Tehuelche, Villa Renoval, and Laguna Arauco. As you approach Puerto Natales, you'll catch sight of the majestic snow-capped mountains. Puerto Natales, a tranquil commune with 21,000 inhabitants, marks the end of the journey at its Rodoviario Terminal. From here, passengers can continue their journey to Torres del Paine National Park or explore local attractions.
