This 6-hour scenic navigation (half-day) departs from Puerto Natales and sails through the majestic Última Esperanza Fjord, heading toward Bernardo O’Higgins National Park — the largest national park in Chile and one of the four largest in the world, spanning 4,300,000 hectares.

Along the journey, visitors will witness the Balmaceda and Serrano Glaciers, both part of the Southern Patagonian Ice Field and accessible only by sea.

The tour is carried out aboard the modern Fiordos del Sur catamaran, built in 2015 by the Unidelta shipyard (Buenos Aires), featuring:

  • Capacity for 168 passengers (120 seats on the first deck, 48 on the second)

  • 2 panoramic decks

  • 3 restrooms

  • Powered by two high-performance Volvo Penta engines

During the navigation, it is possible to observe:

  • Waterfalls and glaciers

  • Patagonian estancias (ranches)

  • The historic Bories Cold-Storage Plant

Schedule

6:30 am - Meeting Point: Prat Pier (EPA) or Fishermen’s Pier

Passengers proceed to the embarkation pier in Puerto Natales to begin the navigation

7:00 am - Departure from Puerto Natales
9:00 am - Arrival at Puerto Toro
9:15 am - Start of guided hike (approx. 1.0 hour) to the front of the Serrano Glacier
10:30 am - Return to the catamaran for a scenic sail past the Balmaceda Glacier

Commercial Conditions

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellations with 10 days or more before arrival: 90% refund.
  • Cancellations with 9 days or less before arrival are not eligible for a refund.

Other Conditions

  • Weather Conditions and Force Majeure Cancellations: The operator (service provider) reserves the right to cancel, modify, or reschedule services due to safety reasons, weather conditions, or other circumstances beyond its control. In the event of cancellation, the amount paid will be refunded less a 5% administrative reservation fee (booking fee), which is non-refundable.
  • For groups (7+ passengers): cancellations must be made at least 15 days in advance to receive a 90% refund.
