    From Hotel Lago Grey, we reach the Pingo River in minutes, cross its bridge, then pass through a native forest to board on the shores of Grey Lake.

    Exploring the Grey Glacier is one of the essential experiences when visiting Torres del Paine National Park. This unforgettable three-hour journey takes place aboard the "Grey III" vessel, allowing us to marvel at a unique landscape characterized by drifting icebergs, lush vegetation, and majestic mountains.

    With a warm welcome at Hotel Lago Grey, you can either go on your own or take a transfer to the Pingo Bridge.

    Walk to the Dock

    The check-in process for each journey begins an hour before the scheduled departure time, and it is necessary to present your reservation voucher upon registration. To access the vessel, you are invited to enjoy a scenic 30-45 minute walk through the picturesque Grey Beach to reach the boarding area. This walk adds a touch of adventure to your experience before embarking on this exciting journey. The walk is not suitable for people with limited mobility or those who depend on other aids for movement. If you are attending with infants, it is recommended to use specially designed backpacks, as the terrain is not conducive for strollers or human-powered transport carts. On high-demand days during the summer months, a fourth navigation is enabled. It is important to note that this navigation does not include embarking or disembarking at Refugio Grey.

    For the journey aboard the "Grey III," we recommend staying alert for the departure announcement, which signals the start of our exciting navigation. We will first pass by Grey Refuge and then head towards the glacier. During check-in, you will receive detailed information about the exact departure time and any additional instructions relevant to your onboard experience.

    A 15-minute stop for passenger disembarkation and embarkation.
